Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide within the United States. We offer a variety of shipping options to our customers through USPS and UPS. These can be selected at checkout, depending on how soon you want the item. All packages are tracked and insured.

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is received, and you will receive another email with tracking info when your order is ready to ship. While many items are in stock, most are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days for production. If you are in a rush, feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to expedite your order.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

Due to ongoing Covid-19 related slowdowns in postal operations, your package may be delayed, so we recommend ordering early if you need your item to arrive by a certain date. If you're pressed for time, a gift card is a great alternative.

Return Policy

Unworn items in new condition may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of the ship date. Custom orders and sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Please contact us first for a return authorization. 

Shipping fees cannot be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending back any merchandise via a trackable and insurable mail service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

If you choose a refund, your original method of purchase will be credited immediately upon receiving the item, but bear in mind that it can take between two and ten days for the funds to appear in your account. 

Repair Policy

Be gentle with your jewelry and it will last a long time (check out our jewelry care tips).  Occasionally things happen, so a complimentary one-time repair is offered on all items purchased from this shop.  Please contact us for an authorization code and shipping address.  When sending an item back for repair, please understand you are responsible for tracking, insurance, and shipping. Repair and return shipping costs will be covered by alwmadebyhand. 

Alwmadebyhand is not responsible for lost earrings.
